Any active user can sign up The5ers’ affiliate program once using a single referral link.

After joining the program, go to the affiliate section in your dashboard and click on ‘Referral Link’. This will create a unique link that you can share.

You will receive a unique link that will grant you a commission of 10% for all programs for first-time purchase (you can split 5% each with your followers upon request).

You can share your link on social media, where you can reach potential users.

Once your rewards exceed $150 and you referred at least 3 new users, you can request to withdraw your commission.

Before running any paid ads campaign, you must request written permission from The5ers. Running a paid ad campaign without permission will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account without payment. It is prohibited to use The5ers brand as keywords, and to promote The5ers in connection with websites or platforms containing defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content. If you run a Google Ads campaign, you must include the following phrases in your “negative keywords” list: “the5ers”, “the 5ers”, “the5ers,” “5ers,” “5 percenters,” “the5%ers,” and “5%ers”.

As an Affiliate, will promote The5ers’ by using authorized marketing materials and accurate testimonies of your experience as a user. All marketing activities must be ethical and legal. As an Affiliate you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your marketing activities, and to refrain from any misleading marketing activities, fraudulent activities, or spamming practices.

You can use promotional materials we share with our Affiliates and our users materials solely for promoting The5ers services in accordance with this Affiliate Program Terms. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from the materials we share or any other The5ers intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company. The5ers reserves the right to revoke this license at any time. This license terminates once you terminate your affiliation with us.

Supplementing Agreements
These Terms supplement the Company’s Terms of Use (which can be found at https://the5ers.com/terms-and-conditions) (the “Terms”) and Privacy Policy (a current copy which can be found at https://the5ers.com/privacy-policy) in effect from time to time, each of which remain in full force and effect, and apply to the AFFILIATE and govern the AFFILIATE’s access to and the use of the Website, the Hub or Services. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms. Please also refer to the information provided in the FAQ to dully understand the program.
