Why does my chart look different from other broker platforms on TradingView?

Our chart data comes directly from our liquidity providers, while TradingView uses feeds from their own partner brokers, which may rely on different liquidity sources. This can cause slight variations in candle formation, price levels, or spreads. For the most accurate trade execution, please use our feed on MT5 or cTrader.

Why does my chart show a different time zone?

Charts on MT5 and cTrader operate according to the server time, which is GMT+2 during standard time and GMT+3 during daylight saving time. This ensures consistency across all trading activity. For accurate trade execution and analysis, we recommend referencing the server time on MT5 or cTrader.

My chart froze and is not updating- what should I do?

Chart freezing is usually caused by connection issues. To fix this:

  1. Check that your internet connection is stable.
  2. Make sure you are connected to the correct server:
    • Paid Evaluation / Funded Accounts: FivePercentOnline-Real
    • Contest Accounts: FivePercentOnline-Experience
  3. Look at the signal bars in the bottom-right corner of your MT5 or cTrader platform. Red bars indicate a connection problem or that you’re not connected to the server.

Following these steps usually restores normal chart updates. If the issue continues, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.

How do I change the chart timeframes?

On MT5 and cTrader, you can change the chart timeframe using the toolbar on the platform:
MT5: Right-click on the chart -> “Timeframes” -> select the desired timeframe (e.g., M1, H1, D1).
cTrader: Click the timeframe dropdown at the top of the chart and select your preferred timeframe
